Scott has over 20 years of industry and management consulting experience developing business strategies and implementing capabilities to enable growth, innovation, and operational excellence through:

• Designing operating models and leading implementation activities to build and align people, process, and technology capabilities

• Providing large-scale program and change management across transformational initiatives to drive innovation and achieve sustainable results

• Leveraging research and development, product development, and supply chain/manufacturing domain knowledge gained across Health and Life Sciences, Consumer Products, and Automotive industries

• Working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholder groups, including executives, functional heads, department managers, and their teams 

Scott’s previous experience includes leadership roles at PA Consulting, Syneos Health, IBM, Cognizant, and Ford Motor Company.   He has worked with clients to redesign their operating models to align with customer and patient-centric initiatives.  Scott has also worked within strategy and product development functions to identify market opportunities as well as cross-functional product teams to design, develop ,and launch new products.  Most recently, Scott has worked with and held operational leadership roles within start-up organizations to implement new business models and create value within and across the patient and supply chain ecosystems.

Scott has earned his MBA as well as MS and BS in Engineering ,all from the University of Illinois.
